Acer WT5 Tablet with Intel Atom Bay Trail and 10.1" Full HD Screen

There are many rumors referring to what Acer has in store in terms of new releases for this year. However we don't know when any of these devices might be available.

According to exclusive info, Acer is working on a new Windows 8 tablet code-named WT5, with an Intel Atom Bay Trail processor and a 10.1 inch Full HD LCD IPS 1920 × 1080 pixels screen. The tablet has memory RAM 2GB, storage 64GB, 8 Megapixel camera and will be released in version 4G / LTE.

The new generation of processors Intel Bay Trail based on New Atom Micro 22nm architecture, will be the first quad-core Atom processors, and will have 2x performance over current generation. According to Intel, the tablets with Bay Trail have a particularly long life battery and components are very thin.

Acer's current tablet that uses an  Intel’s Atom Z2760 processor also known as Clover Trail, is the W510 that has been well received because of the long life battery, the optional keyboard dock and low price. It can be a great holiday laptop and home tablet. You can find W510 with the lowest price here:
